Abstract Health industry is a new industry with huge market potential. The state promotes the development of health industry in many aspects. In this paper, SWOT method is used to analyze the development trend of health industry in Hebei Province. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges are analyzed in depth to find out the advantages and problems of health industry development in Hebei Province. Some suggestions are put forward, such as promoting the scientific, accurate and intelligent development of health industry; promoting the development of pension service industry and improving the training system of health management personnel; relying on its own resource advantages, building a characteristic large health industry chain in Hebei Province; strengthening government guidance and strict market supervision. In order to improve the health industry and better serve the health of residents in Hebei Province.
