| Construction of the indicator system of sexual and reproductive health literacy of immigrated adolescents based on Delphi method |

Abstract Objective To construct the evaluation index system of sexual and reproductive health literacy of immigrated adolescents, and to provide content basis and quantitative standards for scientific evaluation. Methods The research team used the literature research method and brainstorming method to construct the evaluation system consultation form. Twenty experts from nine tertiary general hospitals or women’s and children’s specialist hospitals in Beijing, Guangdong, Xinjiang, Sichuan, and Guizhou were selected to conduct two rounds of consultation and argumentation using Delphi expert consultation method. And the index weight was determined through the optimal sequence diagram method. Results The return rate of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires was 100.00%, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.81-0.89; the Kendall’s W coordination test expert opinions were consistent (P ＜ 0.01). Through the first round of expert consultation: eight second-level indicators were deleted, and two second-level indicators were added; the second round of expert consultation: textual revisions were made to three second-level indicators. In the end, a system for evaluating sexual and reproductive health literacy of mobile adolescents including six primary indicators and 60 secondary indicators were obtained. Conclusion This questionnaire has a high degree of enthusiasm, authority and coordination of expert opinions. The formed migrant adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health literacy evaluation system can provide objective reference standards for migrant adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health literacy evaluation.
