Abstract With the intensification of China′s aging population, the combination of medical treatment and endowment has become one of the key directions of the country′s recent policies, and how to meet the growing demand for medical care services for the elderly under the background of the combination of medical treatment and endowment is a problem that we need to solve urgently. Under the background of the combination of medical treatment and endowment, the supply and demand of aged nursing talents in China is seriously unbalanced. Therefore, the cultivation of aged nursing talents of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine conforms to the national policy and the needs of the elderly group. The cultivating mode of aged nursing talents of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine with “one-two wings, three pillars and four-wheel drive” provides specific methods and strategies for cultivating aged nursing talents under the background of combination of medical treatment and endowment.
