闭环式流程管理措施在神经外科重症患者院内转运中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop process management in the hospital transportation of severe neurosurgery patients, and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 100 critically severe neurosurgical patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University in Jiangsu Province from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects. Random number table method was used to divide into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. During the transportation in the hospital, routine management measures were adopted in the control group and closed-loop process management measures were adopted in the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of time-consuming in hospital transportation, omission rate of handover content, transportation complaint rate, nursing quality and satisfaction. Results The total transit time, inspection waiting time, and transfer time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group; the rate of omission of transfer contents and the rate of complaints of transfer in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistcally significant (P ＜ 0.05). The observation group′s transfer nursing, basic nursing, ward management, communication and specialty nursing scores were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Closed-loop process management measures can shorten the transfer time in hospital for severe neurosurgery patients, improve work efficiency and quality of care, ensure the safety of transfer, increase satisfaction, and are recommended for clinical use.
