术前ALBI分级对肝细胞癌患者术后预后的预测价值的meta分析

Abstract Objective To evaluate the association between preoperative albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) grade and postoperative prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang, VIP database were searched by computer, the studies on the correlation between ALBI grade and hepatectomy prognosis of HCC were collected. The retrieval time was from create database to August 2019. The data was analyzed by RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 and published bias was evaluated by funnel graph. Results A total of 16 articles and 8820 casess were enrolled in the study. Meta analysis showed that postoperative overall surviva with preoperative high ALBI grade patients were lower than those with preoperative low ALBI grade patients (HR = 1.47, 95%CI:1.33-1.62, P ＜ 0.00 001). Disease free survival with preoperative high ALBI grade patients were lower than those with preoperative low ALBI grade patients (HR = 1.67, 95%CI:1.12-2.50, P = 0.01). Conclusion Preoperative ALBI grade is a biomarker that can be used to predict hepatectomy prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
