Influence of positive psychological intervention based on internet technology on mental state and quality of life of patients after breast cancer chemotherapy |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological intervention based on internet technology in patients after breast cancer after chemotherapy. Methods From January 2018 to July 2019, 110 patients with breast cancer received postoperative chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given positive psychological intervention based on internet technology in addition. The mood state, quality of life and satisfaction with psychological intervention were compared between the two groups after six months of follow-up. Results Scores of tension-anxiety, depression-depression, fatigue-dullness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and scores of energy-vitality were higher than those in the control group, with high statistically significant differences (P < 0.01); physiological status, social/family status, emotional status, additional attention, and total score of breast cancer quality of life scale were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); satisfaction with psychological intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The positive psychological intervention based on internet technology is helpful to correct the mood state of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
