Abstract Since the 19th CPC national congress, the development mode of Hebei Province has shifted to high-quality development, and accordingly, the development of nursing talents in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province has also shifted to high-quality development stage. In the tertiary general hospital, nursing staff is the largest number and also a very critical professional and technical group. Among the medical staff supporting Wuhan in China, nursing staff is nearly three times that of doctors, playing a decisive role in epidemic prevention and resistance. This paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of high-quality development of nursing talents in tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province, and puts forward a series of countermeasures on how to use policy advantages to optimize the development strategy of nursing talents, which has strong guiding value and practical significance.
