Reform of the ecological environment of pharmacy undergraduate teaching in the new situation |

Abstract In order to comply with the requirements of the human society for the development of pharmacy under the new situation and cultivate high-quality pharmacy professionals facing the future, the Army Military Medical University has exploratory reconstruction of the ecological environment of pharmacy undergraduate teaching on the basis of fully evaluating the characteristics of the development of pharmacy in the new era. It mainly includes the revision of teaching documents, the innovation of teaching models and methods, and the construction of smart classrooms, with three aspects. We should strive to create an innovative discipline ecological environment that meets the development requirements of the new era of pharmacy, and nurture a group of diversified discipline talents with a sense of mission and responsibility. After the implementation of the reform, teachers and students have a strong sense of belonging, a strong learning atmosphere, a significant increase in theoretical academic performance, and a large output of basic scientific research results. This reform measure provides a reference for cultivating comprehensive pharmaceutical talents in the new era.
