慢性心力衰竭合并贫血中西医治疗研究进展

Abstract In clinic, anemia is associated with a high incidence rate in chronic heart failure, and patients with chronic heart failure combined with anemia have high mortality and poor prognosis, thus, anemia correction is becoming one of the new promising targets for the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. On this basis, this paper summarizes conventional Western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure combined with anemia in clinic. In addition, with the enrichment of the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine on chronic heart failure with anemia, this paper also summarizes and discusses the research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure from the aspects of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy.
