| Effect of Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Levothyroxine Tablets on hashimoto thyroiditis and its effect on peroxidase antibody and inflammatory factors |

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Levothyroxine Tablets in the treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis (HT) and its effect on peroxidase antibody and inflammatory factors. Methods From February 2014 to February 2019, 80 cases with HT patients who admitted to Ningxia Armed Police Corps Hospital were selected as study objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the study group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Tablets, and the study group was treated with Jinshuibao Capsules on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for two courses. The clinical efficacy, peroxidase antibody, thyroid function indexes and inflammatory factors were recorded, and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), free iodine thyroid glycine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), γ interferon (IFN -γ) before treatment (P > 0.05). After two courses of treatment, the levels of TPOAb, TGAb, FT3, TSH, IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (all P < 0.05); FT4 level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (all P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Levothyroxine Tablets can effectively improve the levels of peroxidase antibody and inflammatory factors, improve the thyroid function. At the same time, it has good safety and high clinical application value.
