Abstract After winning the bid for the 2022 Beijing·Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games, Beijing and Hebei Province, especially Zhangjiakou three-level general hospitals, have developed extensive cooperative relations and conducted in-depth and comprehensive cooperations in discipline construction, technical support, talent training and other aspects to jointly provide medical security for the olympic games. This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the talent development of tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province, the main body of the Olympic medical security, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the talent development strategy by taking advantage of the opportunities brought by the Winter Olympics, which has strong theoretical value and practical significance.
