Abstract The national health strategy puts forward higher requirements for the quality of medical education. Medical experimental teaching occupies an important position in the medical higher education system and is of great significance to the training of medical talents. However, medical experimental teaching is faced with such difficulties as low status, insufficient attention of students, more verifiable experiments, less comprehensive experiments, scattered curriculum system, and disconnection from clinical practice. Under the era background of the “Internet +”, there are more bail-out strategy in medical experimental teaching: through the integration of education and technology, the first one is to form integrated medical experimental teaching courses, the second one is to carry out experimental teacher training based on “Internet +”, the third one is to build digital experimental teaching environment, the forth one is to carry out reform and exploration based on “Internet +” experimental teaching method, and the fifth one is to develop the experiment teaching course suitable for intelligent terminal. Through the implementation of the “Internet +” medical experiment teaching bail-out strategy, plays the important role of medical experimental teaching in personnel training, and contribute to the “healthy China′s 2030 strategy”.
