Abstract The application of smart classroom in colleges and universities is more and more extensive. How to make full use of the advantage of smart platform to obtain high-quality teaching effect has become the focus of the majority of educators. Taking the pharmacy professional course as a pilot, Department of Pharmaceutics, Army Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “our university”) based on the “Dofar intelligent teaching system” established by our university summarizes a series of suitable training programs after detailed exploration of multiple related factors, including teachers, students, teaching content, etc.. After the implementation of the scheme, the efficiency of intelligent teaching has been significantly improved, which is mainly reflected in the high efficiency of knowledge transfer, collaborative learning and personalized learning, pleasant scientific research output, and strong sense of belonging to the subject. This study also provides an effective reference for the application of smart classrooms in other universities and different disciplines.
