In vitro culture and identification of tubal pregnancy trophoblast cells |

Abstract Objective To explore the methods and identification of tubal pregnancy trophoblasts in vitro. Methods The villi of 3 patients with early tubal pregnancy admitted to the Department of Gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine were taken. Collagenase-trypsin mixed digestion method was used to digest cells, and differential adherence method was used to purify and isolate cells. Finally, the cells were identified by immunofluorescence confocal method. Results Co-expression of keratin and vimentin was detected by immunofluorescence double-labeling staining. Conclusion Microscope and immunofluorescence can detect cell shape and skeleton. It is preliminarily determines that the cell may be a trophoblast cell.
