Clinical study of endovascular obstruction caused by tracheobronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchoscopy |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical study of endovascular obstruction caused by tracheobronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchoscopy. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 380 patients with endovascular obstruction caused by tracheobronchial tuberculosis in Shenzhen Third People′s Hospital were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 190 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine standard anti-tuberculosis treatment, while the observation group was treated with bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group. The sputum negative conversion rate, peripheral blood inflammatory factors, dyspnea degree, inner diameter of trachea and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the complications and therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated. Results The sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein decreased in the two groups after treatment, the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the dyspnea degree decreased of the two groups, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the inner diameter of trachea and the first second forced expiratory volume increased in the two groups, and the observation group was higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Endobronchial obstruction caused by tracheobronchial tuberculosis treated by bronchoscopy is reliable and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.
