复方斑蝥胶囊联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案对胃癌术后患者的临床研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Cantharidin Capsules combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy (Oxaliplatin, 5-Fluorouracil, Calcium folinate) on the curative effect and immune function of patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods A total of 118 patients with gastric cancer after operation in Tangshan People′s Hospital were selected from February 2017 to May 2019, and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy, and the study group was treated with Compound Cantharidin Capsules on the basis of the control group. All patients received 8 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy, serum tumor markers and immune function of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the study group after 8 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The levels of serum carcino-embryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 125 and carbohydrate antigen 199 decreased after 8 courses of treatment in the two groups, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups decreased, but those in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Compound Cantharidin Capsules combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy has definite curative effect on patients with gastric cancer after operation. It can effectively prevent disease progression and alleviate immune suppression, and has good safety of medication. It has certain clinical application value.
