Abstract Electrocardiogram diagnostics is an important and practical subject in clinical practice, but the traditional teaching methods are relatively simple and the teaching effect needs to be improved. In order to improve the teaching quality of electrocardiogram, the author′s team explores the effective teaching mode and optimizes the teaching design. In the process of electrocardiogram teaching, this study carries out the reform of multiple teaching methods, including flipped classroom, problem-based learning (PBL), case-based learning (CBL), rain classroom, mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) and other teaching methods, and improves the way of student assessment and teacher training. Through the teaching reform, students′ interest in learning has been increased and their comprehensive ability to solve practical problems has been improved. Combining a variety of teaching methods in electrocardiogram teaching can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality, which is conducive to the training of medical college talents with solid basic skills.
