| Study on the extensibility of cultivation of pharmaceutical talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of hospital pharmacy reform |

Abstract In recent years, hospital pharmacies have tried many reforms, from self-management of pharmacies to the implementation of pharmacy trusteeship and then to the support of provinces for the separation of pharmacies. These reforms have brought opportunities and challenges to the development of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges, which may promote the rational allocation of human resources for pharmacy practitioners, promote the employment of a large number of pharmacy students in higher vocational schools, and improve the precise positioning of professional training. In order to seize the opportunity of pharmacy reform and development, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the publicity of medical reform policy, change the concept, accurately locate pharmaceutical technicians, adjust the setting of curriculum system, attach importance to the cultivation of professional skills and comprehensive quality of talents, improve the quality of talent training, and make the trained talents more suitable for the needs of society.
