内服外治法用于小儿下元虚寒型遗尿症的疗效

Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of internal and external treatment for enuresis in children of xia yuan xu han type. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 92 cases with enuresis children who admitted to Beijing children′s Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (47 cases). Control group was received oral Desmopressin therapy, and observation group was received combined acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group. They were treated for 4 weeks, and the clinical efficacy was observed. The scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and TCM syndromes (P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and TCM syndromes in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Internal and external treatment can significantly improve the hypoxic cold syndrome of enuresis children, and can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of enuresis children.
