Abstract Psychological service in the domestic non-war military action has gone through the stages of expert tour, psychological doctor accompany guarantee, psychological service team support guarantee and so on. As a kind of task-based mode, the tour of experts includes mental state assessment, mental health education, mental health consultation and psychological intervention. The outstanding characteristic that psychological doctor accompanies safeguard is “whole journey” service; psychological and medical security synchronization, psychological outpatient, physical examination; tour and other forms of medical service officers and soldiers; the political and industrial departments shall take the lead in organizing mental health guarantee; the psychological work and ideological work shall promote each other. Psychological service team is the embodiment of the development of psychological service guarantee to professional team and support mode in recent years. Its classification guarantee, the division of responsibility, the element layout has a better scientific nature. Standard and full professional security is the need for military afficers and soldiers mental health security.
