滑膜炎颗粒对湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎血清炎性因子的影响

Abstract Objective To discuss the effect of Huamoyan Granules on serum inflammatory cytokines of gouty arthritis with accumulated dampness-heat. Methods From March 2017 to June 2018, 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Ttreatment group was treated with Huamoyan Granules + Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules, while control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules. After 7 days of treatment, clinical effect and the levels of CRP, ESR, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results Clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CRP levels and ESR of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and treatment group was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huamoyan Granules + Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with accumulated dampness-heat has good clinical effect. Mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and other inflammatory factors.
