基于腹针针刺对中重度过敏性鼻炎患者鼻症状与生活质量影响的评价

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of abdominal acupuncture on moderate and severe allergic rhinitis. Methods From January to July 2017, 66 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from Department of Acupuncture and Otolaryngology of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. 2 cases in treatment group and 3 cases in control group were dropped out, finally, there were 31 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. Treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture and control group with budesonide nasal spray for 4 weeks. The nasal symptoms, accompanying symptoms and quality of life scores of two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the total nasal symptom score (TNSS) and total non-nasal symptom score (TNNSS) in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, which in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those after 2 weeks of treatment (P ＜ 0.01). And the TNSS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment (P ＜ 0.01). After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, all scores of rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.01), among which, the score of sleep in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture can significantly relieve the nasal symptoms and improve patient′s quality of life, especially in improving the quality of sleep.
