柴芍六君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎效果与安全的meta分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of addition and reduction of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in treating chronic gastritis by meta analysis. Methods Database of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang by computer was searched, the randomized controlled trial of the treatment of chronic gastritis with the method of subject word + free word was searched. Retrieved time was limited to September 2019. Meta analysis with Revman 5.3 software was used. Systematic evaluation of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis on total clinical efficiency, adverse reactions, recurrence rate, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, quality of life, pathological effect of gastric mucosa, anti Helicobacter pylori infection were carried out. Results Total of 15 studies, all in Chinese literature, included 1386 patients. Meta analysis results suggested that the addition and reduction of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction could significantly improve total clinical efficiency of chronic gastritis [OR = 3.96, 95%CI (2.84-5.53), P < 0.000 01], reduce adverse reaction [OR = 0.28, 95%CI (0.10-0.77), P = 0.01], reduce recurrence rate [OR = 0.36, 95%CI (0.16-0.80), P = 0.01], alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score (P ＜ 0.05), improve quality of life (P ＜ 0.05), improve gastric mucosa atrophy [OR = 2.69, 95%CI (1.38-5.26), P = 0.004], improve intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa [OR = 3.19, 95%CI (1.32-7.70), P = 0.01], but improve dysplasia of gastric mucosa [OR = 2.12, 95%CI (0.97-4.67), P = 0.06] and the efficacy of anti Helicobacter pylori infection were not exact. Conclusion Addition and reduction of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve clinical efficacy of chronic gastritis, but due to the limitation of the quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality randomized controlled trial.
