腹腔镜联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with Leuprolide Acetate in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility. Methods 105 cases of patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility treated in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected. According to the different treatment methods, patients were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (55 cases). Patients of the control group were given laparoscopic surgery treatment, patients of the observation group were given drug therapy on the basis of the laparoscopic surgery. The clinical efficacy, postoperative complication rate, serum CA125 level and the rate of pregnancy in 1 year were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was 96.36%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in serum CA125 levels before and after treatment between the two groups (P > 0.05), however, after treatment the serum CA125 levels of the two groups were decreased than before treatment (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 1.82%, which was lower than 8.00% of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The pregnancy rate in 1 year of the observation group was 56.36%, which was higher than 14.00% of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Leuprolide Acetate in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility has better efficacy, lower complications and higher pregnancy rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
