Abstract According to the characteristics of massage, we should cultivate morality, stress students′ main body, pay attention to humanistic care, and study the new model of Shaolin′s internal skill teaching. In the process of teaching, we should skillfully deal with the relations of training form, nourishing spirit, giving consideration to both movement and stillness, combining virtual and actual, and complementing teaching and practicing, fully embody the characteristics of the traditional methods, enrich the teaching theory and practice of the traditional methods of fitness, which is conducive to the cultivation of professional talents and the promotion of our national fitness culture.
