Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, the combination of “Internet +” and medical treatment has brought great changes to the medical service mode of public hospitals, highlighting the important role of information construction in public hospitals. The application of diagnosis and treatment card is one of the important measures for public hospitals to adapt to the new situation by using information technology to rebuild the outpatient business process. By taking the diagnosis and treatment card as the carrier, the payment method through various channels has been completed, and the functions such as appointment registration, prompt push of examination results and storage and review of electronic medical records have been realized, thus saving the time of treatment for patients. But at the same time, there are still some problems that need to be solved in the use of the current diagnosis and treatment cards in public hospitals. This paper expounds a series of problems existing in the management practice of diagnosis and treatment card one by one, and puts forward feasible optimization suggestions, so as to offer suggestions for the in-depth implementation of the diagnosis and treatment card in public hospitals.
