| Clinical application of Jushuang Lotion Fumigation and washing combined with Hemorrhoid Suppository in wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jushuang Lotion Fumigation and washing combined with Hemorrhoid Suppository in wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods From January 2015 to June 2019, a total of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n = 44, treated with musk Hemorrhoid Suppository of Mayinglong) and the research group (n = 46, treated with Jushuang Lotion + Mayinglong Suppository), with a course of 2 weeks. The wound healing time, pain degree, clinical efficacy, anal function and life quality of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions and postoperative complications occurred during treatment were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the diastolic pressure, maximum systolic pressure and resting pressure of anal canal in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The length of anorectal high-pressure band was shorter than before treatment, and the study group was shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and that of the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The quality of life of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The wound healing time of the study group after treatment was shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). There was no adverse drug reactions during treatment in the two groups. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Jushuang Lotion Fumigation and washing combined with Hemorrhoid Suppository can promote anal function recovery and wound healing, relieve pain and reduce postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation. This method can be further promoted in clinical treatment.
