Abstract Objective To establish the quality standard for Linzhitiaozhi Tea. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted in the qualitative identification of Ganoderma. High performance liquid chromatography was used for the content determination of chlorogenic acid. Results The spots of TLC were distinctive without negative interference. The response of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 25.40-253.97 μg/mL (r2 = 0.9991), the average recoverie was 100.14%, RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion This reasonable and feasible method can be used for the quality control of Linzhitiaozhi Tea.
