| General situation of traditional Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression after chemotherapy for malignant tumor |

Abstract The incidence of malignant tumors is increased year by year, chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of malignant tumors. But bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy makes a decline in the quality of life of patients, even makes patients discontinue treatment due to intolerance. With the deepening study of traditional Chinese medicine, it is found that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. This article refers to the related literatures in recent 10 years at home and abroad on traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, introduces the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, the important effect of single and compound traditional Chinese medicine in prevention of bone marrow suppression.
