Abstract It is an important measure to deepen the teaching reform that teachers should teach students according to their aptitude and implement multi-level teaching in teaching activities, which can stimulate the subjective initiative of all kinds of students and meet the learning needs of all kinds of students. The teaching of traditional Chinese medicine health training course is based on the learning of the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health that students according to their own strengths and existing knowledge structure, through hands-on practice, internalize new knowledge, build their own knowledge system of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation process. The implementation of stratified teaching in the practical training course of traditional Chinese medicine health maintenance can make every student gain something from learning, cultivate their corresponding practical ability, enhance their learning self-confidence, and make themselves better to become a useful talent in the society. At the same time, teachers can improve their own quality in teaching activities and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
