Exploration on the innovative training mode for medical professionals based on national clinical skill competition |

Abstract The purpose of the national professional skills competition of clinical medicine in vocational colleges and universities is to improve the standardization of clinical operation of three-year clinical medical students in vocational colleges and universities, to cultivate medical humanistic quality and teamwork spirit, and at the same time to promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical knowledge, to achieve the application of learning. Xi′an Medical College by taking two national competitions, reflects on the problems in the usual clinical teaching, the pre-match training and competition, explores the training mode of medical professionals, does “Race to promote learning, race to promote teaching, race to promote construction”, innovates practice teaching system, improves the level of medical clinical and humanistic accomplishment, and makes it more adaptable to the requirements of modern medicine.
