Situation and practice of cultivation of autonomous learning ability in clinical teaching of standardized training for residents |

Abstract As the key point of education shifts from theory to practice and the role of medical student is converted from a student to a doctor, how to cultivate autonomous learning ability is an important task in clinical teaching of standardized training for residents. Aiming at the current situation and characteristics of autonomous learning ability of resident doctors, this paper analyzes the importance and necessity of autonomous learning ability in the clinical teaching. Meanwhile, this paper discusses how to improve the autonomous learning ability of resident doctors from the following four aspects, including the construction of the teaching mode of autonomous learning ability, cultivation of consciousness of autonomous learning, the importance of reflection in time and auxiliary teaching based on WeChat platform.
