Practice and exploration on innovation and entrepreneurship education into the cultivation of pharmaceutical marketing professionals |

Abstract Under the background of the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the aging society, the pharmaceutical industry has gradually become the focus of social attention. The demand for pharmaceutical marketing talents has been increasing and higher requirements have been put forward for pharmaceutical marketing talents. Medical schools have the responsibility of cultivating applied talents. Taking Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of innovation entrepreneurship education into professional talent cultivation, moreover, explores the path of the innovation entrepreneurship education into the pharmaceutical marketing professional talent cultivation from two aspects: the innovation education and entrepreneurship education, proposes that the innovative entrepreneurship education should be integrated into the professional education, the ideological and political education, and the exploration of the second classroom activities.
