Abstract Scientific research ethics management in research-oriented hospital can protect the rights and interests of the subjects, and prevent the researchers from making principled mistakes. However, there are still some problems in ethical management of scientific research, the ethics committees lack of systematic external supervision and assessment, the function of scientific research ethics committee has not been distinguished in detail, the ethics committees lack of organization, the members of ethics committees are not professional enough, the ethics committees didn′t make continuous follow-up supervision to the projects and didn′t give enough ethical propaganda. To gunrantee the supervision of scientific research projects by scientific research ethics committee, in addition to the need to promote the establishment of the ethics committee′s regulatory department, the hospital should distinguish the functions of scientific research ethics committee in detail, construct ethics committee as required; strengthen the training of ethics committee members; provide enough staffs for the ethics committee; strengthen the ethical propaganda of scientific research ethics consciousness.
