Abstract In view of the current situation and problems of clinical practice of traditional Chinese gynecology, this paper expounds the classification of knowledge and the concept of SECI model. Based on SECI theory of knowledge transformation, combined with the characteristics of the subject, the characteristics of postgraduates and the needs of teaching and training, a teaching model of clinical practice training in traditional Chinese gynecology is constructed, which enables the clinical practice mode of postgraduates to realize the transformation of "observation, semi participation and full participation". It pays attention to the transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, as well as the inheritance of prestigious traditional Chinese medical doctors′ academic thoughts and clinical experience, and puts forward the requirements for the processes of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization.
