| Exploration and development of the mechanism of standardized training of Chinese medicine resident doctors for the training of clinical master of Chinese medicine |

Abstract Standardized training of resident doctors has become the leading training mode of professional medical postgraduate in China. The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") has formulated the corresponding management system and training mode in order to cooperate with the policies and relevant systems established by the state for this new mode, which not only meets the needs of the state, but also highlights the training characteristics of professional postgraduate students in our hospital. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of standardized training of resident doctors for professional master′s degree students in our hospital from the aspects of system construction, training methods and clinical teaching. Based on the standardized training of resident doctors, the author thinks about the training of professional master′s degree and provides new ideas for the training of professional master′s degree students.
