| Innovation of postgraduate training mechanisim of professional degree of Chinese materia medica in military medical university |

Abstract It is an urgent need for the construction of military medical support force and a new development trend of postgraduate education, as well as a realistic requirement for the new situation of military talent structure adjustment for military medical university to innovate postgraduate training mode of professional degree of Chinese materia medica. However, there existe several problems such as the deviation of ideological understanding, the characteristic insufficience of professional degrees, the military characteristics insufficience of the curriculum system, weak professional practice, and imcomprehensive assessment system in the current postgraduate education of Chinese materia medica. To deal with the problems, we propose the countermeasures such as combining top-level design, innovative training mode, enriching teaching resources, innovating tutor system, and improving the assessment system. It is of great significance to promote postgraduate training of military medical university and build the talent foundation for the cause of Chinese medicine.
