敷料组合使用在ICU失禁相关性皮炎护理中的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of dressing combination in ICU patients with incontinence associated dermatitis (IAD). Methods From October 2016 to November 2018, 74 patients with IAD were selected from ICU in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, and they were divided into two groups by random number table methed, each group included 37 cases. On the basis of the consistency of skin care, the control group used skin care powder joint skin protective film, the observation group was protected by a combination of hydrocolloid dressing and transparent lamination, foam dressing and transparent lamination, and continued intervention for 7 d. The healing rate, healing time, dressing replacement times and nursing time of IAD in the two groups were compared. Results The healing rate of IAD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). And The healing rate of grade 1 IAD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05). The healing rate of grade 2 IAD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). The healing time and healing time of grade 1 and grade 2 IAD in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the number of dressing changes and the time spent on care were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Treating IAD in ICU incontinence associated dermatitis with dressing combination method can improve the healing rate, shorten the healing time, reduce the number of dressing changes and reduce the care workload.
