通心络胶囊联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsules combined with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 157 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were admitted to Third People′s Hospital of Wuxi from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group (78 cases) and study group (79 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, and the study group was treated with Tongxinluo Capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood lipid, cardiac function index and hemorheology of the patients in the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was observed. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05). Compared with before treatment, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low-density lipoprotein in the two groups were decreased after 3 months of treatment (P ＜ 0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05), while the high-density lipoprotein was increased (P ＜ 0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output were increased in both groups after 3 months of treatment (P ＜ 0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05), and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was decreased (P ＜ 0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05).
