Abstract The management of hospital is a series of behavior from hospital′s internal which of focus on planning, organization, coordination, and controlling. The operation is the plan which connects the internal and the external of the hospital, in order to realize the maximization of the business volume and the benefit. This paper makes a survey on the special visits and investigations of the third-grade class-A hospitals in He′nan Province. To explore the way and the relationship of the management and operation. The decision-makers of the hospital plays a key role in the process of the development of the hospital, which provide reliable evidence for hospital operation and management.
