| Research on the acceptance of internet medical services and its influencing factors |

Abstract Objective To study the acceptance of Internet medical services and its influencing factors, while to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Internet medical services. Methods From January to June 2018, the outpatients of five tertiary general hospitals in Tianjin were selected. Questionnaires were used to understand and analyze the patients′ needs and willingness to use Internet medical services. Results The factors of gender, age, occupation, educational level and the number of chronic diseases and so on were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01). The respondents had the highest expectation of improving the medical environment and providing effective and convenient medical services. Conclusion Improving the Internet medical environment, building the quality of internet medical services, increasing government support, strengthening the standardization of internet medical services, and enhancing publicity and guidance have practical significance for the development of Internet medical services.
