非小细胞肺癌中LncRNA表达的研究现状

Abstract Lung cancer is currently ranked first in both morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in the world. Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA), as a kind of non-coding RNA molecule that cannot encode proteins, is widely involved in the differentiation and cycle regulation of cells in organisms. Many long non-coding RNA can also play a role in promoting or inhibiting the occurrence and development of tumors. This article will summarize the regulatory mechanism of LncRNA on cell differentiation and tumor invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as its potential value in diagnosis and targeted therapy.
