Abstract At present, there are many researches on the Combination of medical treatment and maintenance in China, which is generally based on the micro level of society or policy. For the Combination of medical treatment and maintenance or operation model less mentioned. This paper is mainly aimed at the lack of motivation of service subjects in domestic public hospitals, Social capital into the lack of confidence, General operating problems. This paper makes an in-depth study on the specific operation and adopt the specific operation management of “enterprise custody medical care” of the Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of participating in the project of Combination of medical treatment and maintenance. It is expected to explore the scientific operation mode for public hospitals to carry out the erplicable service project of “Combination of medical treatment and maintenance”.
