Abstract Our country aims at cultivating clinical application-oriented medical talents with good clinical thinking and meeting social needs. Early cultivating of scientific clinical thinking mode is the primary goal of every medical student and clinical worker. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current teaching schemes, discusses the application of Zhiqu APP to teaching, integrates artificial intelligence technology with the teaching system, maximizes the use of massive data resources in the medical field, and completely restores clinical diagnosis and treatment, including consultation, physical examination, auxiliary examination, diagnosis and treatment, aiming to cultivate scientific and healthy clinical thinking in the early stage and provide theoretical basis for the reform of teaching system.
