Exploration and reflection on improving the comprehensive quality of medical students during clinical internship |

Abstract As a key period for the transition and transformation of medical students from the role of “student” to the role of “doctor”, the clinical internship period has an important impact on the career and life pattern of medical students. With the rapid development of social economy and medical science and technology, the medical education of China has also become modernized and internationalized. At the same time, the standards and requirements of the Chinese people in the medical industry are getting higher and higher, and the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense. As an intern, the internship is a young force in the medical fields. The improvement of its comprehensive quality is a hot spot of concern in today′s society, and it is also a problem worthy of exploration and consideration by various training units. This paper combines the current situation and existing problems of clinical practice teaching of undergraduates in medical colleges, through in-depth analysis of clinical, scientific research, humanities and other perspectives. Besides, it also discusses how to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students during clinical internships, and provides reference for the medical schools to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students during clinical practice.
