代币法干预对慢性精神分裂症患者森田疗法作业期始动性缺乏的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of token intervention on the lack of initiation activity of chronic schizophrenia patients in the occupational therapy stage of Morita therapy. Methods There were 105 patients with chronic schizophrenia who met the standard set from the Second Rehabilitation Division of Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2015 to December 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into control group (n = 51) and token intervention group (n = 54). The patients in the control group were treated with both original antipsychotic drugs and Morita therapy, while those in the token intervention group were treated with token intervention in Morita therapy based on the treatment of original antipsychotic drugs. The Butler scale and NOSIE-30 scale were used to compare the patients before and after treatment. Results The results of NOSIE-30 scale comparison showed that the token intervention group′s social skills, social interests and personal hygiene factor scores were higher after treatment than before, but irritation, withdrawal and depression factor scores were lower than before, there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.01). The token intervention group′s social skills, social interests and personal hygiene factor scores were higher than those in the control group′s, but irritation, withdrawal and depression factor scores were lower than those in the control group after treatment, there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The results of Butler scale comparison showed that the Butler score in the token intervention group after treatment was lower than before treatment, there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). The Butler score in the token intervention group was lower than the control group after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in Butler reduced rate between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion The token intervention in Morita therapy can significantly improve the lack of initiation activity of the chronic schizophrenia patients.
