授权教育对2型糖尿病患者自我管理干预效果的研究进展

Abstract Diabetes is complicated with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular accident, which also increases the economic burden on individuals and countries. Empowerment education has a significant effect on improving self-management behavior of diabetic patients, reducing glycosylated hemoglobin, and improving patients′ quality of life. In this paper, we review the progress of the empowerment education application status at home and abroad and intervention effect from the aspects of the concept of empowerment, in order to provide reference for application of empowerment education in type 2 diabetes management in China.
