Application value of hierarchical chain model in pediatric pneumonia |

Abstract Objective To explore application value of hierarchical chain model in pediatric pneumonia. Methods Clinical data of 120 children with pneumonia in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shaanxi Province from January 2013 to December 2018 was retrospectively analyzed. According to the different intervention measures, they were divided into two groups: control group (routine nursing intervention, 60 cases) and observation group (hierarchical chain model, 60 cases). The disappearance time of fever, shortness of breath, cough, lung rale, antibiotic use time, atomization treatment time and hospitalization time of two groups were observed. The degree of cooperation and satisfaction of the families of two groups were observed, and clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. Results The disappearance times of fever, shortness of breath, cough, lung rale, antibiotic use time, atomization treatment time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group. The degree of cooperation and satisfaction of family members in observation group were higher than those in control group. Total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of hierarchical chain model in pediatric pneumonia shows that the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of children is obviously shortened, and the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of family members of children with pneumonia are improved. The effect is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
