Abstract The bidding and purchasing process is an important part of the daily work for hospital. It has an important impact on the daily operation, management and development of the hospital. At the same time, the bidding and procurement work is also a high-risk area where the hospital has corruption problems, and the area is the most important thing for the hospital to strictly manage the party and build the party′s style and clean government. Improving the supervision and management relevant system involved in bidding and purchasing, strengthening the supervision and management of the purchasing and selling activities, improving the graded supervision and management system, establishing a supervision mechanism for daily supervision, whole-process supervision and special supervision, constructing a new pattern of hospital discipline inspection under the new normal situation, based on the main industry to give full play to the function of discipline inspection and supervision departments, to provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of hospitals.
