多学科团队在肿瘤化疗患者经外周置入中心静脉导管管理中的应用

Abstract Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary team in cancer chemotherapy patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) management. Methods 82 cases of cancer patients who were carried out PICC in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January to September 2015 were selected as control group, while 110 cases of cancer patients with PICC catheter from October 2015 to June 2016 were selected as observation group. The control group received routine nursing care according to PICC nursing standard; while the observation group carried out multidisciplinary team management model based on the routine nursing. The success rate of puncture one-time, the catheter indwelling time, the incidence rate of complications, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the success rate of PICC one-time puncture was increased in the observation group (P < 0.05); catheter indwelling time extended (P < 0.05); in catheter-related complications, puncture point infection, mechanical phlebitis, and the occurrence of tube plugging reduced (P < 0.05); the satisfaction of patients improved (P < 0.01). Conclusion Multidisciplinary team management model can improve the PICC one-time successful puncture rate, satisfaction of patients and reduce the occurrence of catheter-related complications, which provide practice experience for improving PICC nursing quality and promoting intravenous therapy professional development.
